⁉️ Problem:
Affyn needs a new way for the investors to utilise their tokens in exchange for rewards in real life and metaverse, so that they will remain in the ecosystem.

A loyalty rewards platform that allow users to perform a simple action to earn points that can be converted to Fyn tokens, so that:

Fynatic Beta App is successfully launched with 11% increment in Fyn token value after launch.

Led the design team in brand strategy, design system, UI & UX design, user research, prototyping, usability testing & sprint planning
The research was divided into two key categories: Fyn token holders & commercial users. This is to identify each challenge and opportunity from these groups:
will try to earn points for a reward or cashback
prefer cashback as their reward to spend on their next purchase
has the habit to patronise the same merchant after using a reward
has the habit of writing a review to earn a reward.
will check out for newly listed rewards daily, so they could use their points
prefer their rewards in virtual items, such as in-game items, token or NFT.
These type of users are in their 20s, they shares about her life on Instagram daily. She loves food and travel, she would take a picture and share it as story or reel.She is also uses platform like Shopback or credit card for cashback.
Token holders are the tech savvy users hoping to utilise their tokens through Fynatic to earn points and level their NFT membership card and use them to buy lands in Metaverse!
Merchants are the rewards provider, they are looking for more consumers to know their brand and wanting to bring them into their ecosystem through Fynatic.
These are the four key features are designed to solve users’ problem and attract more new users

I have conceptualised and built the brand guideline, logo and design system for the MVP.
Taking inspiration from Affyn theme, I decided to stick with the gradient colour scheme and using glassmorphism and a lot of transparent components to create a futuristic and 3D feeling.
The project took 4 months to design and 2 more months to user test and build the first MVP
We have successfully delivered a working product for the launch.
